Major crypto exchange OKX has expanded its integration partnership with the Layer-1 chain Sui, also extending the wide-ranging support for its ecosystem.
This latest move has added new Sui Features to OKX Wallet. One of these is the multichain functionality. This intuitive capability enables cross-chain transactions and native swaps on assets, the press release shared with Cryptonews said.
Also, users can manage assets on Sui and explore decentralized apps directly within OKX Wallet. At the same time, the extended integration has boosted security and accessibility via the wallet’s user-friendly interface.

The announcement also highlighted collaborations with Sui Builder Groups, encouraging innovation and providing resources for ecosystem growth, as well as incoming exclusive campaigns.
And the integrations will continue. “Stay tuned for upcoming campaigns, exclusive features, and more as we continue to deepen our partnership with Sui,” the announcement said.
Per the announcement, OKX Wallet saw more than 85 million new wallets created in 2024. At the same time, it is the fourth-largest crypto platform by trading volume.

OKX Set to ‘Dedicate More Marketing and Developer Resources’ to Sui’s Growth
This collaboration is just the latest in the ongoing OKX-Sui partnership which began in 2023 with the initial integration. The partnership has continued over the years through updates, developer support, cross-chain capabilities, and access to Sui-based dapps.
Also, just recently, in early January, OKX Ventures confirmed its seed round investment in Haedal, a protocol for liquid staking on the Sui blockchain.
“Through our longstanding collaboration with Sui, we’ve witnessed their remarkable growth firsthand,” said Jason Lau, Chief Innovation Officer at OKX. “What really excites us is how Sui is aligned with our goal of making Web3 more accessible – whether it’s through their zkLogin feature that lets users sign in with their Google accounts, or their push into gaming with SuiPlay.”
Lau said that OKX already fully supports Sui’s use cases via the former’s exchange and wallet. What’s more, the exchange will provide additional support. It will “dedicate even more marketing and developer resources to accelerate Sui’s growth even further,” he stated.
