Big Claim from ETF Analyst: “BlackRock Prepares to Apply for XRP and Solana ETF!” – Gave Date!

After the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, ETF applications came for many altcoins such as XRP, Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE).

While a new name joins the altcoin ETF race every day, BlackRock has not applied for an ETF for any altcoin other than BTC and ETH to date.

While BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, is expected to apply specifically for an XRP ETF, ETF analyst Nate Geraci said that BlackRock is likely to apply for Solana and XRP ETFs.

The ETF Store CEO Nate Geraci shared on his X account that he expects BlackRock to apply for Solana and XRP ETFs soon.

Stating that he believes the SOL ETF application may be realized soon, Geraci stated that the XRP ETF will be made after the SEC case is resolved.

“I’m ready to announce my official prediction…

BlackRock will file for both Solana and XRP ETFs.

The Solana filing could happen at any time. The XRP filing will happen once the SEC case is concluded.

BlackRock currently leads both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs by asset…

“I don’t think BlackRock will allow other companies to come in and launch ETFs in SOL and XRP, which are in the top 5 altcoins.”

The possibility that BlackRock will file for SOL and XRP spot ETFs coincides with the broader crypto expansion following the launch of iShares Bitcoin (IBIT) and Ethereum (ETHA) ETFs, which have seen large institutional inflows.

Investment giant Franklin Templeton became the latest major player to enter the XRP ETF race earlier this week.
